For a LOTTO self-service terminal, I developed a user-centred UX/UI design that enables intuitive operation. The goal was to create a fully functional alternative to existing betting offices. Clear menu structures, optimised touchscreen interactions, and appealing visuals provide a seamless gaming experience and facilitate entry for all users.
